International Machine Tool & Service Co. is a premier full service company that has been remanufacturing and servicing CNC machine tools since 1989. We specialize in the retrofit, rebuild and retooling of CNC Machining Centers, Lathes, VTL’s, End finishing machines, ID/OD grinders and Special metal cutting machines. IMTS has extensive experience in control systems: CNC programming and PLC programming upgrades, modifications, and repairs, as well as mechanical upgrades, modifications and repairs. IMTS has also performed significant work supporting and rebuilding existing CNC and Hard Tool Production and Automation equipment. Our experienced and well trained staff is capable of service and support of all machine modifications, repairs, installation and debug activities for both tool room and production equipment. We also design and build new equipment including: Automation, Robotics, Boring machines, Machining centers, ID/OD grinders, CNC Wheel Dressers and Specialty transfer equipment.
IMTS is offering a Machine Systems Evaluation for all existing equipment. This evaluation will be completed utilizing a Machinery Performance Data Feedback Report which allows IMTS to formally document customer feedback on the equipment to improve overall performance, design, reliability and maintainability. This process allows all systems and assemblies to be analyzed to ensure they are working according to production requirements, keeping your business running successful. |
